We've carefully selected bartenders to handle any complexity level you require. From basic beer and wine pourers to full open bars, we source professionals from the Seattle and Bellevue bar scene. With our network, we can handle whatever you throw at us.

CAN I MEET MY BARTENDERS BEFOREHAND?
Our rates don't include a pre-event meeting with your bartender. However, you are welcome to have a phone conversation with your bartender to cover drink questions or general event information. If you would prefer an in-person meeting, let us know and we can arrange it for a flat site-visit fee.

If you are interested in The Invisible Hostess providing mixers, ice, rentals, gear, shopping lists and all you need to provide is the alcohol, inquire for a custom quote.

You bet. Our buying guide is pretty helpful. We don't typically provide a specific shopping list, but we are happy to offer suggestions upon request.

WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS LIKE?
You will be asked a few questions about your beverage service plans and then quote you how many bartenders you would need for the event. All of our bartenders are licensed by the State of Washington and The Invisible Hostess has insurance covering each bartender.

If you decide to move forward with The Invisible Hostess, a 50% fee advance is asked to officially book your date.

CAN YOU HELP ME WITH MY RENTAL ORDER?
Yes. We'd be happy to offer quantity recommendations with our comprehensive rental guide. You are ultimately responsible for placing your rental order. Rental companies are also very experienced in offering suggestions as well.

DO YOU DO CORPORATE EVENTS?
Yes. Don't let all of this wedding talk fool you. We tend bar for companies like Tableau, Microsoft, Dr. Marten's, POP, Burberry and more.

DOES YOUR INSURANCE COVER ME?
We are an insured company, which means our policy only covers The Invisible Hostess and the employees under that umbrella. You, your guests or your venue are not covered in our policy.
Some venues request to be added to our insurance policy, which we will accomodate for no additional charge.
We can not add a client to our policy or any other vendor other than your venue. If your venue is requiring you to carry your own event insurance, you need your own 24-hour policy and they are very easy to obtain. Here is a reliable, and instant, resource: https://www.theeventhelper.com

WHAT DOES YOUR BARTENDING AGREEMENT LOOK LIKE?
We abide by the law as well as implement our own company policies to protect our business. Before we can serve at your event, each client is asked to sign a bartending agreement in addition to our normal operations contract. We will not show up if the agreement is not signed. View agreement here.

WHAT IS YOUR TIP JAR POLICY?
We offer two options to accommodate our clients' preferences on tip jars:
Hourly rate + 10% guaranteed gratuity + tip jar out at event
or
Hourly rate + 25% guaranteed gratuity, no tip jar out at event
