Every wedding has unique needs and quirks and sometimes our packages need some tweaking to fit your needs.  This can be determined over a complimentary consulation.  Use our packages as a launching point of the discussion.

In a sea of hotels, urban warehouses, art galleries and hidden gems only an insider knows about, how do you find your venue?  Take the guess work out by hiring our venue scouting services.  $50/hr.  4-6 hours is typical.

You have beautiful home.  A large home, in fact.  And look at that spacious yard! But can it really house a wedding? We offer site consultations to help you visualize space, define your venue needs and advise on your best plan.   $100-$150 depending on location

Shopping lists, buying ratios, menu creation and rental needs.  Hosting a party for large groups is daunting. Do you over buy?  Did you under buy? Did you remember to rent the coolers for the ice that you also need delivered?  We can help you navigate the great unkown.   $100 

PLANNING KICK-OFF CONSULT

Congratulations, you're engaged!  Now what? Do you Google, blog troll or pinterest pin? What should you budget be?  What is your first step? How do you prioritize? Let us get you get you off on the right foot.  $150 

PLANNING POW-WOW!

The crown jewel of our Final Planning & Day-of Coordination services, this one-time wedding pow-wow is like boot camp for your big day.  We whip your timeline, layout and execution plan into shape.  Set aside 3 hours for this marathon session.  We leave no stone unturned, making for a well organized day.  $400

Our level of involvment ramps up 2.5 months out from your date, allowing us to have a heavy hand in the final stages of your planning and organization. Unlimited site visits, wedding day hours and communication makes for the perfect "day-of" coordination package.

 

Why are we different? We're accomodating, collaborative, respectful and solution oriented making us a team you and your vendors enjoy working with.  Here's what our package entails:

SERVICES UPON BOOKING

  • You receive a digital planning packet, which includes:

  -A personally vetted vendor referral list

  -Bridal planning checklist so you can keep on top of important tasks

  -Ceremony and reception planning questionnaire

  -Things To Do document for your website and out of town guests

 

  • Self-written articles covering topics like:

  -Tipping Guide

  -Stocking Your Bar Guide 

  -Choosing a Venue

  -Choosing a Photographer/Videographer

  -Choosing a florist vs. DIY

  -Choosing your catering method (full service, vs. mobile, vs. chef, etc)

  -Keeping the wedding kid-free

  -Keeping your ceremony device-free

  -And more!

 

  • Proofing of your contracts if you want an experienced eye to review and catch any “red flags.”
  • Accessibility by email or phone for questions, advice or to bounce ideas off of.
  • Your wedding weekend is your coordinator’s 100% focus.  Your coordinator will not handle other weddings during that three-day period (Fri-Sun).

 

SERVICES 2.5-3 MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING DATE:

 

  • Site visit priveledges to review your layout, floor plan, décor plan and other professional recommendations.
  • Pre-Wedding meeting where we co-create your timeline and go over all of your wedding details to create your multi-page wedding booklet.  This meeting is our "secret sauce."
  • Guidance of etiquette and logistics.
  • Proof contracts and confirm details with all of your vendors such as arrival times, their requirements or specifications (musicians and caterers), if they need equipment returned or saved (floral and bakers).
  • Communication with your vendors begins.
 
SERVICES 2 WEEKS UP TO THE WEDDING DAY:
 
  • 2-week final details meeting
  • Co-direct your rehearsal with your officiant
  • Unlimited on site hours for the day-of 
  • Wedding emergency kit on site and available for the bridal party and family
  • Distribute final payments.
  • Wrap up all details after the bride and groom depart.
  • See to it that gifts are safely taken from the event.
  • Ensure rentals and vendor equipment is taken out or returned.
  • Assist in picking up or return rentals/décor/equip
  • One wedding assistant is included
Day of Coordination

We've deemed this package our best value because we've taken our award-winning Day-of package and added a second planner with customized one on one planning.  We've included hours you can choose how to use in any way you'd like.  Perhaps it's delegating errands or research or production.  Also, for the first time ever, we're arriving to your wedding as a three person team for ultimate concierge service, quick decor execution and seamless transitions.  The day will glide effortlessly for you and your guests.  If you want to be actively involved in your planning, but want an experienced sherpa to guide you up the Everest that is wedding planning, then this package is for you.

Leave with a planning booklet encompassing the meeting topics as well as self-written articles covering topics like:

  • 12 "wildcard" hours to use as you wish.  Examples are vendor research and contract procurement, decor production, RSVP management, and errands.
  • Site visit priveledges to review your layout, floor plan, décor plan and other professional recommendations.
 

2.5-3 MONTHS BEFORE THE WEDDING DATE:

 

  • Pre-Wedding meeting where we co-create your timeline and go over all of your wedding details to create your multi-page wedding booklet.  This meeting is our "secret sauce."

Full Coordination
COMPLETE PLANNING, DESIGN and COORDINATION

Wedding coordination is a full time job.  You already have one of those.  Sheena wants to meet with you to see what your vision is, what your needs are, how much you want her to take over, and how much you want to be involved.  You might want your coordinator to be by your side through all of the steps, or you might want a coordinator to handle all of the steps and report back.  Maybe you want a blend of both?
